You’ll notice one or two differences about this edition of the NICPRE Quarterly. Mainly, we don’t have a Manager’s Viewpoint or an evaluation article this time--don’t worry, both will return in the fourth quarter. Instead, much of this quarter’s issue is devoted to an outstanding article from Richard T. Rossier and Wayne Watkinson, of McLeod, Watkinson, & Miller, on the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the Wileman case.

Harry Kaiser’s Director’s Corner covers the NICPRE Advisory and Steering Committee meeting held recently in Ithaca. His column briefly summarizes recommendations made by the Committees for NICPRE’s focus in the future.
