We have devoted this entire issue of the NICPRE Quarterly to providing you with details of NEC-63, which, as you will read in the lead article, has a new set of priorities for the beginning of the 21st Century.

There is also a set of abstracts provided by Henry Kinnucan from the NEC-63 meeting in Washington, DC this past spring. You can find complete papers on this matter in the fall 1999 issue of Agribusiness: An International Journal.

We hope that you find this issue particularly informative and relevant as you take on the task of setting your own goals for the new century. You will find information on the upcoming meetings in both spring and fall of 2000 on page 2.
